All of our engineers are fully qualified and receive on-going training to keep abreast of latest technologies. All repairs are carried out quickly & efficiently.
We understand how frustrating it can be if your air conditioning breaks down, but you can count on our technicians to act professionally and with courtesy at all times. Following your call, our technician will arrive on site promptly, introduce himself and listen to your concerns. All service engineers carry handheld palm pc units which, allows our engineers to order spare parts and submit reports without ever having to return to base.
Our service vehicles are all equipped with a large supply of commonly used spare parts and are backed up internally by our fully stocked spares department. Our engineers have been trained to offer on-site product operation training.
